Mine shows documents you own, including published reports. Publishing sends an approved document you own and hold to Library; it does not move it into another person's space. Use Send a document for a review handoff.
Calendar contains short event briefs, not the full work scope. Find the original document below, review existing Finance tasks or Tasks, and use Files for originals available to your account. If something is missing, confirm its link and access with the owner.
